I am a multidisciplinary town planner with a background in architecture, urban design and heritage conservation, and a passion for balancing client outcomes whilst improving the built environment.
Experience as a Senior Strategic Planner in Local Government, as well as a Senior Town Planner, Team Leader and Project Manager on residential, commercial, industrial and rural development projects within the Private Sector has provided me with an excellent understanding of the NSW planning system and its legislation.
I am client focussed and am experienced in preparing town planning reports for, and communicating with all 35 Councils in Greater Sydney.
My experience addressing s34 Conciliation Conferences via the Land and Environment Court of NSW, and Local Planning Panel meetings is testament to my strong and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
As an independent planning consultant I am uniquely placed to provide planning services at highly competitive fees, without compromising on quality and outcomes.
